Is this course for me?

Have you questioned if your grief experiences are normal? Have you wondered if you should seek professional help but haven’t found the time, courage, or motivation? If so, this course could be a perfect fit for you. You’ll get six sessions for about the price of one therapy session, all in the privacy of your own home, at your convenience. This is not a substitute for therapy but can be a great first step or even a preventative tool. In this course, participants will reflect upon their journey, identify the unseen elements of grief, and will practice steps to reframe and rebuild their lives. Individuals coach themselves through this process and have the option to connect with Chuck and Ashley to set up coaching sessions at an additional cost, if desired.
